"A powerful self-love essay that explores identity, future aspirations, and strength..."~Dennis Relojo-Howell, Managing Director, Psychreg"I love the Truth"
It's not everyday that you find a woman able to reach deep down to her core and identity of what a Black woman is. I loved the truth of scriptures that Felice used to support and connect to her position." ~Mutawally J. Kambon"She has Endured, Survived and overcome"
"Mrs. Bois has captured the meaning of self-love by revealing a series of cathartic and traumatic happenings. She has endured, survived, and overcome; accomplished enough to define Modern Day Black Mommas: and carefree enough to write some of the most dark evil experiences, all in the name of helping others. To take a page out of her book to read is taking a quick glimpse of how diamonds are created due to pressure. Modern Day Black Momma is a must read to those whom dare and wanna find out what happened to Eve, Adam's helpmate." ~Mr. Wesbrook- "Entertaining Resource for Black Women" "You put together a good mixture of things, and made it all make sense." ~b.f. thames, Award winning journalist and podcaster for the award winning podcast: "Uncuffed." "Loss, Love and Pain" "After reading Felice's book, it is clear she has something of value to say. She is captivating and I believe she will inspire those who experience joy, loss, love and pain. I am patiently waiting for what she will write next. Love and peace." ~Gene Whitaker "Finger On the Pulse" "Sometimes we have absolutely no idea about what another person's hardships are until you see the symptoms - it makes you want to put your finger on the pulse." ~Drew
